Connection instability

Do you know of any method to send an "ifup broadband" whenever this is
logged?

7 daemon.info [1096]: <info>  Modem /org/freedesktop/ModemManager1/Modem/0:
state changed (connected -> registered)

It seems that any band change or drop produces this and an ifup broadband
is needed to bring it back.  A ping script doesn't seem to be the best
solution because of dropped packets and false disconects.
