Sorry, last time I didn't actually manage to test your patch - I just
thought I had, but I managed to miss the compilation error due to a
parallel build, and I was actually running an older binary where I'd
disabled setting up the hot swap notifications...

Please can you confirm the git repo and branch I should be patching and
testing against?
