Can we run "AT!PCINFO?" on the AT port? The LPM force flags might give
more information about whether it's image mismatch or W_DISABLE.

If it is W_DISABLE you might be able to AT!PCOFFEN=2 and make it ignore
 the BIOS rfkill state.
