ValueError: Namespace ModemManager not available

I install python gobject from Fedora.
#dnf install python3-gobject

Installing  : python3-gobject-base-3.20.1-1.fc24.armv7hl
                       1/3
Installing  : python3-cairo-1.10.0-15.fc24.armv7hl

Installing  : python3-gobject-3.20.1-1.fc24.armv7hl

Is this correct?
