ModemManager will not start on raspberry pi jessie lite

Ah, sorry I ran the command "sudo service modemmanager start" which I 
think basically does the same thing as "sudo ModemManager" (but not 
quite sure)

I just tried sudo ModemManager as well because I was not sure if I tried 
already, but I get the same warning as without sudo :(
