can't read sms

hi, i try to use modemmanager to send and read sms. sending is working fine
but i can't read sms.
i get in the log the lines:

and in other phone i get that the send failed.
when i try to see the incoming message by the command:
# mmcli -m 0 --messaging-list-sms
i get:
Found 1 SMS messages:
    /org/freedesktop/ModemManager1/SMS/0 (sent)
without the incoming message.
someone know what the problem?
