Sim Missing Error - Huawei Embedded Modem(Model ME906s-158

Hey,

> I have a Lenovo thinkpad x260 with a Huawei Embedded Modem(Model ME906s-158). I've been using it with debian 9 sucessfully. Had need to move to Debian 10. Since the move, it stopped working. Tried a fresh install of Debian 9 but i can't still use the modem.

A wild guess here, could you "sudo systemctl restart ModemManager" and
see if the problem persists? Maybe we're not waiting enough for the
SIM to come up.
Also, can you manually run "sudo mbimcli -p -d /dev/cdc-wdm0
--query-pin-state" and see what the output is?
