It is $GPS_START, without any AT prefix.  Not sure it qualifies as a
"command" at all. The only purpose is to signal the firmware that the
host is reading from the NMEA port.  And this is only necessary if the
GPS is set to autostart "when NMEA port is opened".  It's a noop in any
other config.

The GobiSerial driver will automatically send this message when opening
the GPS port.  The qcserial leaves it up to userspace.  Which is way
more flexible IMHO.

But all this is really Qualcomm generic, and not specfic to the EM7455
or Sierra Wireless.
