Both QMI and MM are not able to create connection

It could be.  Note that below in the MM output you have no detected
access technology or signal level.  The modem is also  not registered
with any operator.  So it does look like perhaps the antenna is not
connected, or something else.

Are you able to do run qmicli's --nas-network-scan command and get any
results?
