If the UC20 requires AT commands to enable GPS, then the case would be
very similar to the Cinterion PS8 (e.g. QMI for control, AT for GPS
setup). The Cinterion plugin handles that for the Cinterion modems,
the same could be done for the Quectel ones.
Which QMI services does the UC20 list on boot? (can be checked with MM
debug logs enabled).
