[ublox] A problem with the network connection over LTE on TOBY-L2

Those commands are changing the default LTE bearer settings, the ones
that get activated transparently when the modem gets registered in
LTE. We don't have any way yet to configure those, but I'm just
working on that support right now for MBIM devices, so can probably
also update the u-blox plugin with that support once ready. I'll
probably do this in the following couple of weeks.
