Band 28 not appearing in mmcli output

Hey,

Thanks, I tried changing the source URL, commit hash, and dependencies in the makefile for modem manager but ran into an issue with the patch file not applying.  I did a make clean packages/modemmanager, and cleaned everything short of dirclean. Might I be leaving something out?  Really want to try the cool new key/value stuff too!
