SimTech sim5300 apn connection with username + password

Hi,

I'm debugging for some time problem with getting sim5300 working with apn +
username + password. I get some strange errors from pppd (like rcvd [LCP
TermReq id=0x3]) and then cannot connect. While when using apn only I get
connection without any issue I have issue only when using differetn simcar
with username + password. I read mm debug logs but there is anything
obvious. So question is does anybody try to use sim5300 with setup I'm
testing or something must be extended to have it working in this condition?
