Hi,
Thanks for picking this up.
We may need NetworkManager logs to see why that connection attempt
wasn't completed correctly in the NM side.

Also, what exact NM version are you using?

Since migrating from Debian 9 to Debian 10, my hp-lt4132 is 'unavailable' in NetworkManager.
