Linux is more tolerant than windows in this case. The wrong mbim layout worked
under linux, but it confused windows.
Now it works with qmi and mbim under linux and windows.
The new/right mbim-layout confuses me a little bit:

Regarding APN-selection, windows is still a mystery to me.
dualstack, single stack, user defined, modem profile... I never get, what I
expect. And in case of IPv6-only sometimes clat starts, sometimes it doesn't
start. But that is not scope of this list.
The mm/nm team does, what I expect - Thanks!
