Hi all
I’m using the Fibocom L850-GL on a standard PC using an M.2 to USB 2.0 adapter <https://www.aliexpress.com/item/32799715298.html> I’m getting many of the same issues as discussed in the following thread Fibocom L850-GL hangs upon connect <https://lists.freedesktop.org/archives/modemmanager-devel/2018-August/006543.html>.
As I’m connecting to the modem using USB I assumed that it would boot in MBIM mode, but it certainly hasn’t. I’m new to using modem modules but would love to get this working if possible. Have there been any developments with this modem since the earlier thread?
Rich
