ModemManager Golang dbus wrapper

Due to a private project I had to create a dbus wrapper for ModemManager in
Golang. Since I consider it useful to a wider audience I am announcing it
here to the list. I tried to cover all interfaces, properties and methods.
In addition, I added all enums, some helper functions to make the usage
more convenient and gave some examples on how to use this library.
License is MIT, any suggestions, feedback, contributions and comments are
welcome.
