Rejected Send Message when starting with paranoid as argument

As Enrico said, use a newer version. MM 1.8.x doesn't have support for
filter policies. If you use 1.10 or newer you can always then use the
ID_MM_DEVICE_IGNORE udev tag, which will be applied in ALL filter
policies.
