The UI signal bar relies on the SignalQuality value reported by
ModemManager. This SignalQuality value is a percentage [0,100] which
ModemManager computes using different means. For AT-capable modems
this value may be taken from CSQ, for other protocols we use other
means of course, but in all of them the idea is indeed to have this
SignalQuality value related to RSSI, yes.
