Using ModemManager getting IP but not reflecting to NetworkManager

That is related to how NM is built I believe, the only way to have NM
detect the modem exposed by MM (and so device type "gsm") is if you
have built NM with MM support.

It's your build platform, you'll need to investigate that yourselves
:) Did you at least manage to confirm whether MM support in NM is
being built or not?
