List of supported Modems - Quectel modems

Hello,

At the moment I am considering using the following modems for different
implementations and I pretend to use the ModemManager.

Quectel - EC25
Sierra Wireless - WP7607

Some time ago I found a list of Supported Devices, although I believe this
list may not be updated.

Is this the list I should refer to ?

I guess the Sierra Wireless modem may work but I am not aware of
ModemManager supporting Quectel modems. Are Quectel modems supported ?
