No real reason, may have missed it. I cherry-picked a couple of
commits adding udev tags to the mm-1-18 branch and will be included in
the next release.

Yes, there are a bunch of changes in the Telit plugin that are only in
the main branch, They will be included in the next 1.20 release soon.
