Telekom.de not working on XMM7360

Hi, this is another test I did with this open merge request[1].

Previously I tested this modem working fine with O2-DE on Arch Linux. Now I
am trying to use Telekom.de instead. I confirmed that the modem is working
fine on Windows with this Telekom sim card and then rebooted to Linux,
started ModemManager as I did before and updated APN to `internet.telekom`,
the WWAN interface successfully got an IP address and a default route, but
I am unable to reach any IP addresses, traceroute cannot return anything
either.

Notably, with Telekom.de, the WWAN IP address (223.x.x.x) I got on Linux
seems quite different to the IPs I usually get on Windows and Android
(10.174.x.x).

I also tried another Telekom APN `internet.v6.telekom`, but it doesn't seem
to help either.

I am not very sure what I should try next and which logs would be helpful
on this, any suggestions?
