ModemManager 1.24.2 released

Hi,

I've just tagged ModemManager 1.24.2, the latest stable release of
ModemManager. This release contains a small number of bug fixes cherry-
picked from the main branch:

 * Core:
   ** Wait until bearers are disconnected before allowing system to suspend
   ** Fix checks for CDMA/EVDO access technology in some modems
   ** Detect old Mediatek 62xx-based devices as GSM-capable
   ** Refresh registration info after manual registration for AT-based devices
   ** Correctly report NB-IOT access technology
   ** Disable unsolicited 3GPP events during quick suspend/resume

 * MBIM:
   ** Fix re-assembly of multi-part unstored SMS messages

 * QMI:
   ** Fix re-assembly of multi-part unstored SMS messages

 * Voice interface:
   ** Correctly start call state polling on some modems

 * Plugins:
   ** fibocomm: don't assert when checking for firmware interface
   ** cinterion: allow spaces in ^SXRAT response

Thanks to all our contributors and bug reporters!

FWIW, I expect the next 1.24.x stable release (1.24.4) will have a
larger number of backports.
