No release tag for stable version 1.24.0

Hi all,
I see mention of version 1.24.0 being released as a stable version here
https://gitlab.freedesktop.org/mobile-broadband/ModemManager/-/blob/main/NEWS?ref_type=heads
but I can't seem to find the release tag in the git repo.
Is this something you could maybe fix please?
