[MPRIS] Clarification of effect of Play method when paused

I noticed that gmusicbrowser restarts playback from the beginning of the
track when you send it the Play method over MPRIS2.  Looking at the
spec, it's slightly unclear in this regard[0], but the intention was
definitely to have it behave identically to PlayPause when the
PlaybackStatus is not Playing.

So I intend to apply the attached patch, unless there are strong objections.
