[MPRIS] Add Rating (Like/Dislike/Star) method to MPRIS Interface MediaPlayer2.Player Methods

Most of modern media players have ability to set raiting for played track.
But current MPRIS interface have no methods for pass this action to player,
so people need to open players apps for make this action.

What did you think about extending MPRIS Interface with new Rating medod,
for implement Like, Dislike, Star actions via mpris2 interface?
