[Networkmanager] nm-applet fails to start

Please ignore my earlier email

I think the problem is a packaging error on the armtix side. I looked at the schemas in arch and artix (x86_64) and both
of those have two schemas related to nm-applet

org.gnome.nm-applet.eap.gschema.xml
org.gnome.nm-applet.gschema.xml

it seems the armtix pkg lacked org.gnome.nm-applet.gschema.xml and when I copied that into schemas/ and recompiled
nm-applet started to work again.

sorry for noise.
