[Networkmanager] KVM VM is not getting IPv4 but is getting IPv6 when using DHCP with VLAN bridge on Linux host using network manager

Hello.

I am trying to create 2x bridge networks, one connected to a VLAN, using
network manager GUI. Everything I've read says it should work. But it's not.

I feel like this is a bug but don't know enough to confirm.

I'm hoping someone is willing to help me confirm/test?

I opened a bug report with extensive details:

And, I'm trying to do everything through the GUI because I assume doing
things through the GUI should work.
