[Networkmanager] Regarding libnm documentation and network monitoring code

Hi
I am trying to write stand alone code using libnm for monitor interface
status like
connected/connecting/disconnecting/disconnected/unmanaged/unavailable for
ethernet,wifi. Initially I want to monitor the ethernet,wifi. Later I want
to add other network interfaces.  I don't want to use the nmcli command
like "nmcli monitor/nmcli device status".
I was looking for documentation for understanding NetworkManager, libnm,
gobject, D-Bus relations. I could not find documents or videos.
Also I am looking at NetworkManager nmcli source code.  But still I didn't
get the flow of the code.
Please suggest sample code for network monitoring, documents etc.
