[Networkmanager] Regarding libnm documentation and network monitoring code

What's wrong with the link you provided ? It contains all materials needed
to understand networkmanager usage and deep dive (it contains the source
code, example of usage, plug-in documentation... Etc).
This link is way better and clearer that one could have got, let's say two
years ago.
This is the entry point for everyone which want to get knowledge on
networkmanager itself.

There are some example in source code itself, you can take a look at
examples directory (as the name suggest).

For dbus and gobject, I think you should take a look at (respectively)
https://dbus.freedesktop.org/doc/dbus-tutorial.html and
https://docs.gtk.org/gobject/ (these are the first results of a simple web
search but I personnaly don't find them as readable/understandable as
networkmanager doc is).

Maybe I misunderstood your request but may I suggest you read more the tons
of material that can be found about networkmanager on the web and come back
here with more precise request?
