ANN: Change in libqmi/libmbim/MM maintainership

Hey,
I'm a casual contributer (but uses MM intensively) but I'd like to say that
I'm deeply thankful to your commitment on these projects. Every issues or
merge requests I opened past years always come with your dedication and
willing to help, you helped me countless of times and it was always a
pleasure to interact with you.
I hope you will continue to be around and I wish Dan a warm welcome on the
primary maintenance role.
