[meetup] Monthly NetworkManager online meetup (2024.03.13)

Hi everybody,

we are announcing the community meetup for the 2nd Wednesday of March 
(March 13th).

The NM online meetup is open to everyone to meet other users and
developers, provide feedback and suggestions, talk about specific
topics related to NetworkManager.

In this community meetup we will focus on Outreachy internship as we 
have been accepted! Both mentors and candidates are encourage to join us!
