oh ok, you mean install of network module will pull install of other 
(like nm).
I was talking about how some dracut module (when running) rely on the 
netroot= variable which is read by the network module, sorry. I've seen 
code where this variable was used to pass a so called handler + 
interface names so as another module does what it needs to do.
