Hard-coded uuid and headless pi configuration of Network Manager

Thanks for your replies.
Indeed what Íñigo Huguet suggested also works. Not providing a uuid
generates one.
They seem to be generated in files in the folder /var/lib/NetworkManager/
ending with .leases .
