[meetup] Monthly NetworkManager online meetup (2024.01.08)

we are announcing the community meetup for the 2nd Wednesday of January 
(today!). Sorry for the short notice but we are all coming back from 
holidays break :)

The NM online meetup is open to everyone to meet other users and
developers, provide feedback and suggestions and talk about specific
topics related to NetworkManager.
