[meetup] NetworkManager FOSDEM 2025 community meetup (2024.02.01)

Hi everybody,

we are happy to announce that the next community meetup will take place 
in person at FOSDEM 2025. Our BOF has been officially accepted and 
scheduled by FOSDEM organization.

It is schedule for the BOF - Track A, Saturday February 1st from 12:00

The meetup is open to everyone to meet other users and
developers, provide feedback and suggestions and talk about specific
topics related to NetworkManager. This year, Nmstate topics will be
