Enable WPA2 on a hotspot, AP

I want to set the Access Point (hotspot) on a Raspberry Pi to WPA2 only
using nmcli.

How do I do this?

I have a ESP32 IoT device and the RPi uses WPA, but the ESP32 switches to
WPA2 so the WiFi connection fails.  I want to set the RPi to use WPA2 so
the connection finishes.
