Hi, I suspect there is a bug when resuming from sleep. NM brings the
device down after waking up (instead of before sleeping) because the
interface has wake-on-lan enabled. Then, on wake, it creates a
in-memory connection because it finds that the interface is already
configured with IPv6 addresses.
Would you please file an issue at
https://gitlab.freedesktop.org/NetworkManager/NetworkManager/-/issues
so that we can track it and try to provide a fix?
