[Nice] [PATCH] Fix username validation in OC2007 mode

Hi,

a small patch available from [1] fixes occasional unsuccessful connectivity checks
with some clients in OC2007 compatibility mode.

This is completely independent from MS-TURN TCP patches I posted to this list some time
ago (I'll still have to find some time to look at preliminary review I've got from Youness).
