[libnice] libnice 1.7 crash on turn refresh retransmission

I was looking for a potential fix, unfortunately just looking for something
like "crash" in commit titles.
Great.
So I better should move to 1.8

This has already been fixed in commit 801e6f9a, which is available in
release 0.1.8.
