[libnice] Compiling libnice for Android

Just for your info, I found a way to compile libnice for Android using 
the Android build system (it still relies on glib of course, but you 
don't necessarily need gstreamer) :)
The Android.mk and config.h files can be found on stackoverflow (here:

Thought it might be interesting for some!
