[libnice] Restarting the agent

Hi,

What is the proper way to restart the agent? I mean to start again gathering of candidates and hole punching process, not to free the resources. 


The function nice_agent_restart() doesn't seems to work. If I call it the current hole is not close, rx callback is still called when new data is received.
