I thought I had tested this before posting, but it turns out that HTTPS
Everywhere is causing my problems. /releases/ isn't available through
HTTPS. Also, http://nice.freedesktop.org/releases/ is redirected to the
non-existent https://nice.freedesktop.org/nice/releases/ when using
HTTPS Everywhere, which is why I mentioned the latter.

Is this just an Apache config problem or (as is the the case for many
projects) does freedesktop.org not want to pay for the additional server
load of HTTPS when users should just be checking signatures? Again, not
a big deal, but probably worth resolving.
