[libnice] Using domain names for STUN and TURN servers

Hello,
is it possible to add support for domain names for STUN and TURN
configuration in NiceAgent?

I think that it is very useful for decoupling the app config from the
connectivity, for doing round-robin, etc.
What do you think about this?
