[libnice] RTP DSCP bits

Hello,

To avoid VoIP quality degradation caused by network congestion,  the RTP packets are required to mark the DSCP bits to ensure that they get higher routing priority.
I am wondering if libnice automatically adjust RTP DSCP bits?
