[libnice] Support for updating to newest version of libnice

Chad,

I also found similar issue with libnice 0.13 released version.  But, there
is a fix with newer version a2e25cf49b24c2012e8e9058ecc7e62f1e027cb3 and it
is available in the git code base.

As Olivier suggested please try from the git master.
