[libnice] test/test-gstreamer.c compilation failiure

Hello,

I tried to build libnice and run it's testsuite.  The file
'test/test-gstreamer.c' failed to compile for me because the included
'nice/agent.h' is not found.  I believe it should instead include
'agent/agent.h'.  I attached a patch that introduces this change.
