[libnice] Assert due to wrong transition

Lorenzo, this is how I run Janus:

sudo /opt/janus/bin/janus -b -L /var/log/janus.log

and I do not use any logs redirecting option

Could you please tell me how I can leave stdout/stderr logging enabled and
redirect both to a file
