Hi,
I had the same issue with a NV42 chipset (Quadro FX Go1400), I applied the last
patch (nv43_tvdac_load_2.patch) with "if (dev_priv->chipset == 0x42)" instead
of "if (dev_priv->chipset == 0x43)" and that fixed it.
